Do you offer a free trial?
‍Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to the grants database. You can explore funding opportunities, use all search filters, and save your favorites. After the trial, your subscription will automatically continue unless canceled.

How do I cancel my membership?
‍You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, going to the “Billing Portal” inside your profile, and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged further.

What happens if my payment fails?
‍If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification and a grace period to update your payment details. During this period, you’ll still have access to the database. If payment isn’t updated, your account will be paused until the issue is resolved.

How do I update my payment information?
‍You can update your payment details anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Billing Portal' inside your profile. From there, you can securely enter your new payment details.
